Default Electric Water Pump opinions? Need help deciding!

I wanted to get some imput on how much of a pump Im going to need. Im 100% decided to go electric on the pump bc of fitment issues using such a large drive for my 8-71 blower. I would rather not do a remote pump and add extra plumbing to a really clean engine bay...

I see that meziere has some options that are 35, 42, 55 GPM rated. I also see that they make an adapter to run other style pumps on the LS. Would this be a good option if the 55 GPM isnt enough? Is 55GPM enough? lol. Or are there other options to consider for elec pumps?

Im running a large radiator custom built by c&r (say 1.5x stock ls size/cooling capacity) with 2 large puller fans custom shrouded, trans cooler, and oil cooler.

Car is mainly street driven here in NC where common air temps can be 80s and 90s in the summer..

Engine:
408ci, 8-71 TBS roots, pump gas w/ meth inj, +/- 800 rwhp on street tune.

I would like any imput on elec pumps and cooling considerations. Thanks guys!!!
