Default 78mm LSX + Stock, ported TB... WOT issues?

I'm going to purchase the 78mm FAST LSX intake.
I've called Thunder and asked them if a stock, ported TB will work with the lsx and the answer was yes.
I asked them if this held true for all years of stock TBs, the answer was yes.

Now I've read a few threads here stating that the blade won't go WOT on certain years of the stock TB's. I have a Jantzer ported TB on my '02, is there something I should know?

I think the throttle blade (cam lever that opens it?) issue is easily fixed by some minor cutting/filing.

How exactly? As I would need to do this if this is the case.
Thanks for the reply though.

It's called the throttle body bumpstop mod.

I don't think so. You cut the throttle cam to allow it to clear the pvc tube.

He is not talking about the throttle adjustment ... he is talking physical interference with the LSX because of the larger cam on the Throttlebody I would assume...

I would think that a little bit of a dremel would be able to help out with this.... either the TB cam or the intake itself....
