Default Belt length question. PS delete with 25% UD pulley

Ok so I'm wanting to delete AC and power steering. AC is irrelevant because its on a different belt sooo, here is a pic of what I'm wanting to do,

I bought the car with a 25% under drive pulley. So my question is will I need the belt shown in pic or will I need a shorter one and if so how much shorter. Thanks

If you're going with a 25% under drive pulley you'll have less contact area with the belt/crank. So, adding a small diameter smooth pulley at the bottom would help to deflect the belt tighter against the crank. Bottom alt. bolt goes from 120mm to 150mm with a washer behind the low mount smooth pulley to keep from rubbing on the alt. housing. New smooth roller:Gates 36310, belt: 6K539, 6 rib small roller: Dayco 89009

I like this. Just a question, why is the 6 rib roller part #89009, but in the pic they used a 89015? In the pic it says to put a washer behind the pulley. With the part number you gave would i still use a washer or no?
And for everything all i need is the two rollers, belt, and 150mm bolt and washer?

Yes, forgot to mention that there will need to be a medium thick flat washer behind the 6 groove as well. There are lot's of mfg's of rollers so I listed what I used, there are many that will work, it's for a GM LS truck application as I remember

I'm running the same setup with a 25% pulley. Here's the part numbers I'm using. So far so good after about 5K miles.

-Goodyear Gatorback ribbed tensioner pulley - 49021
-10 x 130mm x 1.5 long bolt
-smooth idler pulley from GM accessory kit - 12568996
-Dayco 56" belt - 5060560

Yep, I believe I used a smaller one next to the pulley that was the same diameter as the bearing (to allow the bearing to spin freely). Then a larger diameter, thicker one to space it out away from the bracket.

this was very helpful....however I needed a 10x1.5x150mm bolt for the added smooth pulley and I needed a 54.5" belt
