Default Clearance between DS Loop and Y-pipe

I am attempting to run a DS Loop with an FLP y-pipe. I tried a Lakewood unit, but it did not fit my car at all.

Anyhow, I have an LG Motorsports one now, and I made some spacers to drop the crossbrace down enough to clear the y-pipe. Right now I have 5/8" between the top of the crossbrace and the y-pipe. Will this be enough? It looks like a lot on the car, and I am concerned because I am going to lower the car 1.5" shortly. I am thinking about cutting the spacers so that I have 3/8" clearance...will I have a rattle if I do that..or no way?
