Default Kooks True Duals

I have seen alot of questions when I was searching for an answer on my issue. You can use Texas Speed 1 7/8" headers with the Kooks True Duals, I know this for a fact I have this setup on my T/A..

Now for my issue..

My exhaust will hit/vibrate the floor at high RPM's. Im pretty sure the knock sensors are registering it too.. I placed siphon tunnel brace in, it did fix it a little, but around 4,800kyou can feel it. Its right under the driver/passenger seats. How do I adjust this? I can't seem to get the fitment right lol

Did you install poly motor mounts when you installed your headers?

I did it a few months After I did the full exhaust. Thinking that was the issue. Same results after Polly motor mounts

I had a bolt from one of the exhaust clamps hitting the floor....had to cut 1/2" off. Then the stock trans crossmember was hitting due to it's large footprint. Any one of the aftermarket ones from BMR, UMI or MWC are much smaller. Or just hack off a bit of the corner. If it's the actual pipe hitting before the H-pipe that's a hard adjustment to make on the car I would think.

I'm dropping the motor Sunday to swap in my 6.0 so I will see if its the trans cross memeber I didn't think of that. Also the exhaust mount that is attached to the trans, its supper soft. Do they make a replacement for those?

Never seen one but they might. If not and it seems weak or its cracked just order a new OEM one.
