Default OK for rubber in ASP pulley to be cracked

A friend pointed out that the rubber in the front of my ASP pulley is cracked. It is about 2 years old and has ~25K on it, but I didn't expect that. Is this normal, or OK? Should I replace it? If so, with what?

Default

I've seen them cracked on other cars and not cause any problems. Probably best to call ASP and see what their thoughts are.
