Intake casting #'s? Fastchip programming?

Intake casting #'s? Fastchip programming? Bought a 98' T/A last week. It already had some work done, but I wanted to find out for sure exactly what all it does have. The guy told me it has an LS6 intake on it which I wanted to look up the casting number to verify, but I can't find a site that list them. Intake casting # 12560688. Anyone know? Also what are stock cam specs? This car was programmed by Fastchips. On the computer it has

Can someone tell me what it all means? I can figure out most of it, but not sure on a few thing.

Pretty sure that's a stock LS1 intake.. not a LS6.
