Default Help Please

I just had a cam, headers, and dyno tune done. Now my LTFTs are 4.6 on B1 and 12.8 on B2 at idle. When I do a burnout the rpms stick at 3 grand, and go back to normal when I rev it up. I replaced B2 O2 sensor and have checked for vaccum leaks. I think that my headers might have a small leak around where the primaries mate to the collector. One person suggested the problem might be my IAC. Will that cause this problem, and can you guys give me any feedback as to what this might be thanks.

Have you check to make sure your throttle isn't sticking?

I have not checked that but my predator says that it opens 100% and the voltage when it is open, at the blue wire tps, is only 4.3
