FAST 92 Warped
I have been trying to hunt down the source of a vacuum leak. After check just about everything I could think of that may have caused the leak I pulled the manifold and found the throttle body mounting flange warped to the point the o-ring seal is showing. The seal is not pinched and is seated in the groove. Anyone else have this issue? If you have a vacuum leak you may want to check this area.

Did you confirm it was leaking there?
I just did a smoke test on mine the other day and had no leaks anywhere except the throttle blade shaft which is normal
I had the rockers off so the valves were closed and I used a Slime brand tire pump that has ports for inflating and deflating a raft. So I hooked up the deflate to some clear tubing and slipped on onto a hookah hose then hooked the inflate side to a vacuum line. This pumps smoke into the engine at 6psi.

I have the older 90 that the front flange warped and the whole bottom warped as well. Mine doesn't have the nice brass inserts on the flange. I was planning to make a rubber gasket that would eliminate the need for the o-ring but haven't done so yet. I solved the problem by adding rtv to the o-ring which solved my problem. The bottom on the other hand is pretty bad, only idea I have is the heat caused this. I would like to grab a new one if I see a good deal some day and sell mine for cheap to whomever wants to save money and wok with it.
