6.0L LQ4 to LS6 Intake
Hey does anyone have a good diagram on where to connect all the vaccum lines on a LS6 intake and LQ4 6.0L
On the passenger side there is a hose coming off the Intake with a little metal end on it. (I will attach photos).
On the drivers side of the intake there is a hard line with some sort of little canister on it
Where does this go?
Where do you connect the line on the passenger valve cover?
On the back of the intake there is a bung?
On the rear of the valve cover there is a hole as well?
Can anyone tell me how to route these items?
I will attach photos.

Pic's left to right as 1 to 5...
Pic #1 Is the EVAP, in the F-bodys there is a hard line that travels from the gas tank to the engine bay with the pressure feed fuel line. It is to vent the fuel tank into the intake.
Pic #2 Is the PCV, Crank case pressure vent.
Pic #3 Is the PCV, Vacuum source.
Pic #5 Is the PCV, Crank case pressure vent.
There is a hose from Pic #5 (Driver side) that runes behind the intake into a "Y" that connects both the ports on the passenger side ( Pic #2) valve cover. Then in to a PCV check valve then in to the front of the intake (Pic #3)
Pic #4 The back of the intake... The big hose facing the driver side is for vacuum of the brake booster. The smaller fitting facing the passenger side is vacuum for the HVAC.

Ok so if this is going into a street rod what one of these can be eliminated?
How can I route all of these items if I will be removing items in the PCM?
Does anyone have a good diagram with a lines run in a street rod?

The PCV system you want. Do a search on "catch can"
The evap just remove it from the intake cap the port with a rubber vacuum plug. Any tuner can turn off the DTC's for the EVAP system with HP tuner.
The rear vacuum ports you can use them for anything you would need in you hot rod the requires a vacuum source or you can plug them.
