Default Are Corvette and F-Body PCV Systems the same (PCV Hose P/N)

I need to replace the entire pcv line on my 98 Z28. It's been leaking oil down the side of the motor, and allowing oil to be sucked into the intake for about a year now.

I was reading on the corvette forum. Someone mentioned that they went to the dealer looking for the stock PCV line for a 97-98 Vette (GM #12560692), but also looked at a (GM #12558673). They were absolutely identical, aside from the extra wrap around the pcv housing. The big difference, however, is that the GM #12558673 can be had for around $35, while the other one goes for $100+!

Are the PCV systems the same, and do those part numbers also apply to the F-Body? If not, is there a similar , cheaper line available for the F-Body, without the extra wrap?

I was just going to do the PCV fix, but I'm not very good at fabricating things.
