I had the starter out and noticed the ground on the block is a little loose. i tried tightening it and it barely moves and i tried removing it and it won't budge. I'm scared to crank on it too hard for fear of breaking the bolt off in the block. Any suggestions? it looks like there is some oxidation on it and i want to fix it while i'm down there before i put the trans back in...~Cole~
