A flowmaster merge will get rid of a lot of it. These engines (without cats) will always have a "song" between 2000-2500 rpm. True duals will get it done but you have to decide if too loud. IMHO of course, GL.

Not sure how good the merge is on that ORY, but a bullet muffler or even a resonator might do the trick

Ground off every internal sharp edge I could find, with
carbide burrs and ball stones. Cats have them, old style
TSP ORY had bad stick-in, Jet-Hot Y likewise. Every
"dog whistle" feature has to go.

Maybe that's why most gto's, Gxp, and corvettes have resonators from factory.

Search this section for "9" bullet". I posted pics of my setup at the end of that thread. It has no rasp with the bullet muffler through the cutout. If LT's an ORYP and a cutout don't have rasp I don't know what will. The bullet muffler really is the trick. Mine has the screen but no material between the screen and body of the muffler. This must be what eliminates it.

Default Bullet muffler

Replace your ipipe with a classic chambered powerstick.

What about the diff between a glasspack or a bullet? Thos classics are just a glasspack, wonder if it hurts the flow any with all thos scoops inside..???

I just bough high flow cats to solve my issues don't have them on yet. 2500 rpm and it's nasty, 4000-6500 rpm and it's like heaven. Trying to clean up the sound and smell.

I'm thinking about doing the bullet in the I , the putting a y after the axle with dual bullets and tips.... To loud?
