Fellas correct me if I'm wrong but didn't all ls1 based engines 01-04 get the ls6 intake manifold? Specifically the 2004 GTO?

Yes the 01-02 f-bodys got the LS6 intake on the LS1 engines and the 2004 would have been the same untill the GTO received the LS2 engine... I think the 05 gto got the ls2.
