Default aluminum 6 bolt blocks small bore

I've been looking for a aluminum 6 bolt block that can be had in a 4.030 bore. I REALLY! Want an ERL superdeck in a 6 bolt but I believe that the smallest bore on that is like a 4.120 or something. I'm turbo and want to stay around the 370ci range. Am I going to be limited to an aluminum ls next for that bore size? Have they been proven yet?. I haven't looked into an RHS yet just due to some of the recent cracking issues. I have that kinda luck so I would rather not even risk it. Appreciate any input guys.

Double check with ERL or RED. Last I remember, minimum bore was 3.99".

Yeah I know sleves that size are available. ERL didn't have it listed with the super deck though. Maybe I'm over looking it. I'd sure like to have one though lol

Any particular reason you're stuck on 370 inches of displacement? Class restrictions or something? A stock stroke crank in a 4.120" bore would get you 386 inches which would be fairly close. Could always use a 4.125" bore with a 4.8L crank (3.27") and tell everybody it's just a 350.

well I wanted to build a 416ci but it seems a majority of your faster boosted cars are a 370... The larger ci seem to have issues with boost not sur why.

I think it's a function of stroke more than bore. If you are on a ductile iron bore at 4.125x3.622 I'm pretty sure you'll be just fine.

I'm not going to gripe about extra cubes lol.. now just hope the few extra doesn't try to over run the current turbo.

Most of them stick with a 370 because it's cheaper to build really. You don't need as much displacement to pull in extra air/fuel when you can just turn a **** and ram as much as you want down the intake manifold via a turbo.

I built a 408 because my stock crank was bent.
