Default exhaust question

Just completed an LQ4 swap in to my 02 TransAm convertible. Car has the original exhaust system and I like the sound. Problem is that since the swap, it has a strange rumble/rattle in the Y pipe that starts around the right side hanger at the rear of the tranny ( checked with a stethescope). Wasnt there before the swap and I cant find any places where the pipes contact the body. Question is, if i replace the X brace ( under the body) with a Spohn tunnel brace, what aftermarket Y pipe will work /fit best? I removed the Y pipe to check for obstruction or froiegn material. Engine mods are only a pair of 799 heads and .040" head gaskets. Cam is stock, no headers and I reused the original cats.
