Default Question on lid

I just picked up an 02 ss. It still has the original SLP blackwing lid on it. Would there be any benefit to swapping to an after market one?

Agree with above. There's no better lid than the blackwing as it fits perfect and does what all the others do. This is why they go for so much in the classifieds.

FYI, the SLP blackwing lid is a excellent lid, but it's only a good as rubber bellow on it. If the bellow is ever in need of being replaced you're S.O.L., since there's no replacement bellows available.
