Default Holy price drop on TSP headers Batman!!

I was looking on TSP's site and they dropped the price of their 1-7/8" headers over $200 & the 1-3/4" headers down to below $300!! I looked in the sponsor sale section and it appears it's a fall sale promotion but holy crap! Time to move up to 1-7/8! Just thought I'd post for anyone that doesn't go to the sponsor sale section. I just happened across it this morning while cruising through a few sites looking at prices.

Yeah, pretty sure I'm going to order some of the stainless 1 7/8 long tubes to upgrade from what I have now. At that price, why wouldn't you.

I'm guessing they did that to compete with the speed engineering headers since they are becoming more popular and have 1 7/8ths out. Kinda lame had I known they were going to do that I would have waited for the price drop.

My thoughts exactly! I ordered mine coming up on 2 years ago so no way I would have benefitted from this sale. But still an awesome deal on some nice headers from an awesome company!

This was a decision that was made yesterday (Tuesday) by the owners. We did run a labor day sale last week on the 4th gen 1-7/8" headers and will credit anyone that purchased the headers during that sale (last 10 days) the difference as that sale was more expensive then the current sale. 2000TA owner, I did send you a PM as to your inquiry.

I might be swapping mine out but aren't people having a lot of fitment issue with the ORY? I daily my car and will be lowered soon so i need the most clearance i can get.

I haven't seen anyone make these fit in a 67-72 C-10. I have heard, though I cannot confirm as no one at the shop has tried it, that with slight modification people have made them fit the 73-87 C-10.

Unfortunately, due to our recent move to the new location, we won't be attending LS Fest this year. Things are a little hectic as we are getting settled in to the new spot. We hope to be attending next year and who knows, we may even be dusting off the shop car.

Most fitment issues are due to either misinstallment or saggy motor mounts. I cannot remember the last time that we had to take an off road y-pipe back to swap out for another to fix any issues. Almost every set that has had problems we ask for pictures and we can usually recommend how to position the bends to gain greater clearance / fitment or we will notice if the mounts are saggy.
