Default Cut Outs sound?

Would installing cut outs right after the headers make the car sound almost like open headers when the cut outs were opened. Would sound much didnt then the regular loud mouth and would I gain anything from having them? I have FLP longtubes, ORY pipe and the loud mouth.

"Sound almost like open headers" That is running open headers. Also that would be a helleva lot louder than any loudmouth setup. I ran dual cutouts in my y-pipe and I gained 2-3 mph in my trap speed. Maybe a .10 off my time.

Here's a clip of my dual y- cutouts.
