Cut Outs sound?

Cut Outs sound? Would installing cut outs right after the headers make the car sound almost like open headers when the cut outs were opened. Would sound much didnt then the regular loud mouth and would I gain anything from having them? I have FLP longtubes, ORY pipe and the loud mouth.
