I installed a ported TB the other day and I think I busted the EGR o-ring that goes into the intake and now Im having idles problems and the sort.

Tomorrow Im installing some Hooker race headers, and I was wondering since Im going to take out the EGR, will I still need to go get a new o-ring? Im going to use a freeze plug for the EGR.

if your removing your egr then no you dont need the o-ring, just a block off plate or the plug for the intake.

You Will Not Need A O Ring Just Tap The Freeze Plug Into The Intake Manifold.
