From my import days, anti-lag we used essentially retarded timing a large amount and double, or even tripled injector pulse width. I'm not sure there is any piggyback box that is capable of this.
The lingenfelter LNC-2000 will let you pull a bunch of timing, but still the PW isn't there. I'm not sure your intentions, but antilag has no place on a streetcar. It's absolute hell on the turbo.
