Default Leaky oil access cover

I drilled and tapped my oil acces cover (right above oil filter) to run an oil temp gauge. Ever since then I've had a slight oil leak that runs down my oil filter. I've changed the filter, taken off the access cover and RTV'd it....and it still leaks just a bit. Can someone help me please?!

Did you use the correct gasket? If so, I've found that liquid teflon sealant on the threads of the sender help a lot. I didn't drill and tap mine though, I used the corvette version that already has the hole.

I used the stock gasket that came out, it's metal so I figured it'd be ok.
