Are all exhaust manifolds "broken" in the same spot?
When I took the exhaust manifolds off my 2005 lq4 6.0 I thought they were cracked by the middle of the mounting face. After looking at many Lsx manifolds, they also have that break. Below is a pic taken from the net off a 5.3 truck, is this gap supposed to be there for expansion and contraction?
