how to disassemble the throttle body?

Default how to disassemble the throttle body?

i'm painting my throttle body and i need to remove the throttle cam from the throttle body. i have the blade removed and the other sensors im just trying to get the bar that runs horizontally across the inside of the throttle body out? any suggestions?

Once you remove the blade and the TPS sensor, the shaft just pulls out. If you have never removed your shaft before, it may take a bit of effort. You just nee to pull straight out.

it didn't come out easily , but with a little help from the ford wrench(bfh), it took a couple of wacks but it came out. thanks for the reassurance that it's supposed to just slide right out! thanks for your help!!
