Install a LS6 valley cover and two short hoses would be cheaper than buying all those LS1 PVC hoses from GM. See this site for more info. http://ls1howto.com/index.php?article=18

Mine was the same case all cracked and brittle. Everything crumbled coming away from throttle body and then back near drivers rear valve cover. I was able to redo it all with supplies from Autozone and get by with some 3/8" hose, a 90* pcv fitting for the top of the valve in rear drivers side valve cover and a 'T' fitting to connect everything together above the passenger side valve cover for less than $20. I'm sure it's not perfect as far as an engineering aspect but it'll work until I get a catchcan and redo everything

My '99 only has a pcv grommet on the rear drivers valve cover. Passenger side valve cover just has 2 hose barbs inboard near the intake one points forward and one rearward. The forward barb just had a short hose going to TB. The rearward barb was merged into the stock plastic hosing that broke apart so I just used the T vacuum fitting to connect it to the longer hose from the PCV valve on drivers side valve cover. Routed the hose behind the intake. I can take pics tomorrow. It's pretty dark

I did the LS6 PCV conversion..
I had to cut the block but the part you cut has no bearing whatsoever on the functionality of the engine... took me 5 minutes with a dremel..
$100 for the parts and its a much better setup than the factory LS1 crap...
plus it cleans up the engine.
