What is the deal? Can you share what vendors are being provided inventory? I'm about to pull the trigger on a used FAST if I don't find out about this soon.

Rockauto.com now has it for sale. Part number 615901. Use code 5573649049747010 for extra 5% off.

I have no inside info, but my advice to you would be to hold your horses. From the sounds of things, these intakes will be on the shelf pretty soon. As far as vendors, I'm just guessing, but probably the same ones that carry the ls6 615-900 intake.

Guys sorry for the delay but dorman had a slight delay launching this. So it appears rockauto.com beat everyone to the punch... plus at $351 i doubt anyone will touch that price... have fun!

So now we wait to see who is the first to get one!

Also, just an observation, but I thought somewhere in the thread it was mentioned that the intake would be at the same price point as the 615-900 intake, but its ~$70 bucks more. Must be this thread tipped them off that there was a lot of interest.

I'll have mine on Friday. I'll share pictures of the ports once I get a chance.

The one thing I didn't think about was a MAP sensor. What is the common thing to do with other aftermarket intakes?

I was looking at the pic of the manifold on dorman's web site and it looks like they have left a space in the rear of the manifold near the brake booster vacuum port for a push in type map sensor, possibly.

Go to rockauto and find it under any LS2 car.

No **** y'all are like a pack of starved wolves ready to pounce on its prey. Of course they jacked the price up , you didn't really expect them to keep their word did you . They have never lied to us before ..... or have they ? Im advising my customers to wait and let this mad rush to go by, before buying anything. I believe the price will come down once this cools off.

If this thing dynos like a fast 90 I'll sell the **** out of my LS6 and pick one of these up, but I'll wait until there's some results. I'm not worried about rockauto running out of stock.
