Default Holley Dual Plane VS Edelbrock Performer RPM

Holley #300-130 (255$)
Edelbrock #71187 (289$)

Both intakes share the same dual plane, great torque, 1500-6500 RPM power band, 4150 Square bore flange etc.

Only difference are the following :
-Holley claims an Optimized runner layout and constant cross sectional area
-Holley/Edelbrock front height : 5.07''/4.50''
-Holley/Edelbrock rear height : 6.14''/5.40''
-Holley is China made and Edelbrock is USA

Anyone have tried both of these or at least had them in hand to compare ? Any numbers or results would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks

I think you'll be told Edelbrock is the better choice, at least that's the conclusion I got when researching the two brands for my single plane.

Maybe try asking in the carbureted section if you don't have any luck here.

You'd probably be better off with a single plain intake, especially if you have a cam spec'd to match your combination you'll only loose a small amount of low end torque and gain a lot of top enp hp.
