Default stock 2000 t/a 6 speed.... thinking about bolt-ons

So I've had the car for about a year and I'm ready to make it faster, plain n simple haha. I know eventually I want to do a h/c/I set up with maybe nitrous or a procharger when I get the $$$. So as of know I'm planning on exhaust/headers and an intake mani with a tune... Just don't know what ones to go with.

Just started down the same path myself. Went with 1 7/8 TSP long tubes and duals to start. Fast 92 and nick williams TB are my next steps.

Headers, I would go 1-7/8" long tubes. If you need to pass smog, get a 3" catted Y. If not, go ORY. If you can spring for it, true duals with an X is best. Intake - LS6, FAST92, FAST102 depending on budget.

Plan $500 for the exhaust and $500-$1000 for the intake depending on how you go.

After that, if you have to do things one at a time, do heads, then cam. if you plan to do them at once, budget $2K for a well matched combo.
