Default Ati under drive pulley question

I bought an ati 10% ud pulley with ac for my 2000 ss. First I want to know what belts do u need now? Then there is a note in the box saying this, " dear customer: I have personally package your damper as if it were my own. Please read all instructions before someway the bolts assembly are inside the hub. This damper Is a zero balance by ATI and should be sent to a balance shop. I thought they balanced themselves on the car? first time Ud pulley purchase so a little help needed.
