This is what I have (the "OEM" Blackwing lid, a truck MAF).
It goes together nicely if you happen to have the particular
bit of cut-down Fernco adaptor that came with a SLP MAF.
Then the Blackwing rubber boot and MAF front both fit
right in that "collar" as if it was intentional.
The Fernco bit is one half of a specialty clay pipe to iron
pipe adaptor. It happens to fit 85mm which is about 3.25".
1059-33 is their part number.
Presuming this is about a 4th gen F-body, you will have to
touch the tune for the new MAF calibration.

Well I saw where a few people had done it with other lids and I happen to have a couple of the truck sensors laying around so figured I'd ask. What's the reason others have swapped if there's no gain to be had? Just so they can say "mine's bigger"?

If you have a 85mm TB and intake it makes more sense.
Not hugely more, just some.
If you keep it screened there is some more upside due
to the screen, bigger is sure better there since the
screen is the major restriction in the lineup. But in most
sub-max-effort setups, descreened stock vs descreened
truck will show you nothing much, only stock seldom
needs messed with and truck, always.
