Default FLOWTECH HEADER install review.

these headers are GREAT. everything went in easy, but everything went in with finesse. steering shaft had to be taken off. 2 heat shields had to be taken off. the fit and finish gets a A- in my book. they seemed ALOT tougher then my hooker setup. i really liked the flange style of the flowtechs and i bet that they will never leak, becuase they went on TIGHT. everything seemed SOOOOOOO damn TIGHT. we used the COATED headers with UNCOATED y-pipe and it looked and fit great. there are a few problems fixed with these headers (such as the k-member issue, and the threaded AIR and EGR flanges) the hardest part was the freakin AIR and EGR setup (2000 model t/a)

we are nothing but a bunch of 16-20 year old car nuts and we were able to do the whole install in half a day. but we DID have a full shop with lift at our disposal. it was a great time, and i would reccomend these headers to EVERY ls1 owner that wants value with effort
