Default fast 102 intake nw tb still having issues

My throttle cables have a ton of slack in them I used the factory bracket from my ls6 intake when I made the swap has anyone had this issue before and what did u do to fix the problem? I put on the nw 102 tb and its going thru tps sensors like crazy the tps wont read zero to save its life....could both of my issues be related? I bought the lifetime warranty tps sensor from oreilleys do I need to buy a gm tps sensor?

exactly just adjust it at the tcs box takes a few seconds. As far as the tps goes, you were having the same trouble with the fast tb correct? If so I hghly recommend a gm sensor. I've been burned with crank sensors, knock sensors, and coolant sensors from the parts stores. I just order ac delco off amazon now its usually cheaper anyway lol

Im going to check that out now pal thank u!! And I doubt it the parts stores dont sell the gm tps they are telling me its dealer only which is fine I just dont understand why my car keeps going thru them.unless my loose throttle cables are causing the tb blade not to close all the way and the tps cant make an accurate reading? Would that make sense?

no if the cable is too long the blade will be closed just as normal. now if the cable was too tight and hanging the blade open then there could be some issues. can you verify the tps voltage wiith a scanner?
