Throttle Body ???

My 98 Z28 with a new top end and accessories to make it an 04 Z06 LS6 still has the original throttle body on it with over 323,000 miles. I'm having some minor idle issues and want to know what would I clean and/or replace on it as a preventative maintenance project.
