Default Steam tubes or brake tube setup with the Fast 102mm intake

I am planning on keeping the vent tubes open and functional. I have seen several threads on here that people will "flatten" the steam tube lines and maybe shave some material off the bottom of the intake. I have also seen a setup that I thinking about trying.
Take 3/16" hard brake line and 3 "T" fittings, drill and tap the stock fittings to accept the brake line male fitting. Insert one T in the rear tubes and run a single line around the outside edge of the intake and connect to the front tube. On the front and place the other 2 T fittings(one facing to the rear for the forward running tube and one for the forward running line). Tap the water pump with the same thread as the brake line and screw it right in there. I know the 3/16" is small, but its just acting as a vent and I think I would actually get more "venting" with a small line VS a flattened tube.
Any opinions or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Kinda like this, except around the intake instead of down the middle.
