Default 99 LM7 starts but won't stay running. Wtf??

So I have this engine on a stand just to verify it runs and etc. Just engine, no trans. PCM is all wired up, correct fuel pump, all battery and ignition sources lit up (as far as I can tell). It fires right up but only runs for a second or two. The only codes it's throwing are 102 MAF, 405 EGR and 452 EVAP. I know it will run without EGR or EVAP, but does it need the MAF hooked up to run?

Vehicle anti theft sensor not tuned out of computer or with a bypass module definitely wouldn't let it run for more than a couple of seconds.
Would run in limp mode without maf hooked up, but should still run.

If it does that much right now, engine likely ok, minus some computer tuning.

Ugh crap. I thought it was just cars and not trucks. Would it be vats passkey or passlock? I have resistors and can bypass a vats/passkey easily enough, but a passlock system is going to be trickier

Passlock...

EDDIT: I think you can use resisters to bypass passlock also...

Anybody know of a quick hack to bypass the passlock directly at the pcm without having keys, ign cylinder, or anti-theft module? Any bypass tricks I've found assume everything is still in the vehicle
