Question Loud mouth and long tube

For the guys who have loud mouth with long tubes, and say they sound great with no rasp, what headers and Y pipe did you use, and also I was calling around some custom exhaust shop and no one will do true duals

I used them with my SLP LTs I put in 2 bullet mufflers though. One in the I pipe and one in the mid pipe going in between the 2 tips. I loved it! No rasp and no drone whatsoever!

If you post in your regional forum, I'm sure that someone can point you towards a shop for true duals. Also check out the TSP rumbler info. I researched what it would take to get headers with the loudmouth and have it sound good back when I had it, but long story short I sold it when I got headers and had Speed Inc do true duals. I had decided that to have the LM sound okay with headers you need to use longtubes that are equal length (or close, Mac headers seem to be raspy), cats, and maybe a bullet in place of the resonator. Very happy with my decision for true duals though!

I have the SLP LT's, Random CATS, SLP Y and SLP LM and there is no rasp. It is not too loud cruising but goes insane loud at WOT.
When I only had the LM, there was a nasty rasp. But it all went away when I went to LT's with the Random Cats.
I've heard that the ORY with the LM causes some bad rasp.

I am currently changing from the SLP LT's to Kooks because of clearance issues. I will let you know how that goes and sounds.

I'm running with the TTS headers and their cats (not sure what brand they are, think they're a custom deal). Sounds great at cruise, and insane at WOT. I will probably switch to a Magnaflow though if/when I decide to go with an ORY setup (or if the neighbors start complaining!)
