Question The Soda Can Test??

I will be putting LTs (probably Pacesetters, and NOT SLPs) and a y pipe w/ carsound cats on shortly. My concern is ground clearance and I think I will end up going with a 2.5 inch y pipe because of that. Has anyone put a soda can underneath their car to see how much clearance they have. The soda can is usually 5 inches tall so it is a good measurement. Right now the only thing I can't fit it under is the y pipe on the driver's side (stock). How much clearance will I lose? Oh yes, I am at stock height also. Thanks, pics would be awesome!
