Help identifying 2 things under my hood
Removed my intake for cleaning and repair of PCV hose and noticed a "tee" small diameter tubing connection with a missing hose behind the intake. I can't find anything in the vicinity of this or on the back of the intake itself that will slip into this opening. Does anyone know what it is?
Second unidentified hose. I've tried searching this before but no luck. My car runs a bit rich, so I want to at least rule this out as the culprit. At a minimum, shouldn't it at least have a bug screen on it? FYI my EGR system has been deleted and I have an LS6 intake. Any help is appreciated.

Those little vacuum lines in pic #1 are for the AIR system, and the AIR solenoid in the 2nd pic. If you don't have the AIR pump any more unplug the "T" fitting in pic #1 and plumb the straight rubber coupler coming from the pass side right in to the intake manifold. All the rest in Pic #1 and 2 can go in the trash.
The hose coming from the pass side is for the HVAC trap doors that's why you'll need that line.

It's HIGHLY recommended that you do the upgrade to the LS6 PCV system: http://www.ls1howto.com/index.php?article=18

Yes, 2001 Camaro SS. Can't afford the LS6 pcv mod right now, just trying to repair what I can, while I can. I'll replace the rubber portion of the pcv and remove the air system. although ill probably leave the solenoid valve hooked up so as not to trigger the SES light. thanks.
