Default 2000 camaro not turning over!!!!!!

I started the car up and backed it up on my ramps to adjust my exhaust. After I was done about 5 to 10 minutes later I went to drive the car off and it would not turn over. It will crank but not start up so I know I'm not getting fuel or spark. I can hear the fuel pump prime itself. I'm getting a spark tester tool today so I can check that. Is there anything special I should be looking for. Also should I get my buddies tool to plug in to see if there is a code?

check to see if a ground is shorting out, check to see if you actually have fuel in the tank and it's not angled away from the pick up, it may just be at such an angle the fuel is not near the pump

I know I have fuel because I just put in on Saturday and how do I check for a ground shorting out?

just look around, but unless your tank is more along a half a tank or more you may just have all of the gas gravity pushed away from the fuel pump pick up

Update, so yesterday after the last time I tried to start it. I took the cap off the fuel rail and primed the fuel system. Tried about a minute ago car starts right up. Also I have just over a quarter of a tank. That could have been it.

If it's cranking, it's turning over.
