Default KOOK's Y-Pipe Question

I just purchased a new y-pipe from KOOK's and noticed the mounting bracket for the transmission is not on the y-pipe, the one on the passenger side with two bolts. Unfortunately I didn't notice this until I was in the middle of my install. For anybody else who has recently purchased a KOOK's setup was yours like this? Or was mine forgotten? Thanks.

OP- I just installed my Kooks LT Headers and Catted Y-Pipe this weekend. The Kooks set-up does not have that mounting bracket. Simply remove it from your Transmission, then reinstall and torque those two bolts.

Thanks. I thought it was no longer in use based on the pictures I saw. Mine tightened up good and it does not appear that hanger would be all that effective.
