Default White Smoke While Driving Away, Possibly High Mileage Engine Wear?

Hey everyone,

I let my brother used the car yesterday to go to the store and as he was driving away (normal) I saw a small trail of white smoke coming out the exhaust. This is my 3rd time seeing the smoke outside of the car while NOT drivin'

Possible Conclusion?
A buddy of mine says who owns a shop says, it could be my "Valve guide seals" that are leaking? I have no clue.

Car has 325K miles (320K miles according to CarFax) and I don't know if it's the original miles or not. The engine pulls hard, does not burn oil or anything but I noticed it has a tick apart from that it runs and drives good. Coolant level is fine but never really had this problem before. So, I'm open to any suggestions to fix this problem.

Any ideas on this problem or how to fix it?

White smoke is typically a sign of coolant getting into the combustion chamber. Could be a head gasket. Blue smoke = oil.

Have someone rev the engine while you get high sniffing the exhaust fumes. You'll know if it's gas or oil pretty quickly. If it's coolant it'll have a sweet smell to it

I had white smoke puffs when my GTO shat a valve seal. Wasn't enough oil getting through to be blue. Puffed on cold start and at WOT.

Found the valve seal winding spring thing (Viton seal) on my magnetic oil drain plug.

Could be as simple as condensate in the exhaust, if this is
from a cold start. Question is, when he comes back all
warmed up, is it still doing it?

325k miles?! How is it still alive? haha that's impressive. And it's not even a diesel.

But to answer your question, sounds like valve seals to me.
