Default grinding/shuffling sound...help

My car is running a bit rough. nothing that really concerns me but id like to take care of it before it worsens.

i need to know what pulleys are located ont he lower passenger side of the motor. I see the A/c compressor but im not sure what else is down there. this sound is coming from there. when i start the car its usually ok and my rpms are fine, but when i turn on the heater, a/c, or defroster i get the noise and the rpms hike slightly, then come back to where they are supposed to be at idle.

any ideas what could be causing this? a/c clutch? is there another idler or tensioner pulley down there that tends to go out? anyone else have this issue?
any ideas/help/opinions are greatly appreciated
Thanks
Travis
