Default 02 sensor replacement

Is it worth changing out the sensors. I'm not throwing any codes. I'm just wondering if they need to be replaced at any given time.

They are about $60 ea. and 4 @ $60 is $240.............Up to you, but they will throw a code when they go bad. If you do change them only do the front 2, use sims or ls1 edit out the rear.
