Where to get one motor mount

Where to get one motor mount
I'm still prepping my LS1 to v6 swap motor.
The LS1 must have had a rough experience coming out.... A few crushed wires, bent pcm socket, etc.
One of the last things I'm doing is putting poly in the old clamshells.
Finished one, no problem.
Started #2, and the mount (clamshell) is bent/twisted along the mounting surface. The through bolt is angled toward the block in the back, about 15 degrees or so.... And one of the mounting ears is bent and starting to tear away from the rest of the clamshell... Whatever they did to bend and tear the metail on this mount, I hope it didn't damage the side of the block.
After hitting 3 parts stores at lunch, I realized that nobody lists the motor mount or carries it or can get it.
So where do I get one (fast and cheap preferably)

Thanks for the part number.
That's the same one I turned up. I'll give the local dealer a call in the morning. I priced it at gmpartsdirect this afternoon and it's $46 shipped, but it takes a little bit for it to get here. If I could pick one up at the dealer at lunch tomorrow, that would be perfect.
I'm trying to get the engine finished up for the swap. The next thing I want to do is get it off the engine stand, and onto the k-member, and get the torque converter and tranny bolted up to it. Then put the wiring harness on. And then I think I'm ready to go with it...
Here's how it's looking so far:

John, that looks like a very clean engine. Puts mine to shame.
Good luck with the swap!
When you put the shells back onto the engine, make sure the tabs that stick out by the bolt holes are on the top side of the engine. Also make sure the bolts go in from the front to the back.

Guess I'll just have to be patient. (it's hard to do)

About those bolts --- I thought people were flipping them around to make it easier to get them in and out next time? Is it only so they don't tend to fall out, if the nut ever backs off?
