what to torque starter & motor mount bolts to?

Default what to torque starter & motor mount bolts to?

What should i torque the starter bolts and the motor mount to block bolts to?
What about motor mount through bolts?

37 ft lbs for the starter to block, and mount to block.

Helm says 70 ft lbs for the bolt and 59 ft lbs for the nut. Not sure how you can torque one differently than the other though, since they're connected to each other....

should i put lock washers on the mout to block bolts

Mine just has flat washers on it. Should be fine.
