Default fuel injectors

i am building a 2006 lq4 with a gm hot cam 219/228@.050 .525.525 lift
what are the best injectors to run

Bosch 36#ers should be fine, they can be found pretty cheap.

I have an LQ4 with similar cam specs 216/224 .551 and run Fast 36#. They are at around 65% WOT.

the factory ones should work for you. your tuner will tell you if you need bigger injectors.
