Use the search feature, it works wonders.

And also, QTP and Kooks are pretty much the "best". Although all LT's will dyno in the same range, some just make a little more power. As far as quality and finish, there is variation, and most of the time you get what you pay for. QTP and Kooks are stainless steel as opposed to coated, and are built with a very high quality. Read the post in the first link I posted.

I've not personally seen the Kooks, but I'm going to say the Eldebrocks would be the best choice. $300 range, high flow race merge collector. Stepped header. 3 1/2".

SLP unless your car is lowered cause they hang very low to the ground. Fit and finnish is sweet. Y pipe is another story...Too low in front and too high where the pipes come together, they hit the driveshaft without a little pushin and pullin.

flp...great fitment, completly coated all the way through the Y, and have the ability to run cats if you need to for emissions and put the orp back on later.

Plus there are no ground clearance issues like the slp.

I run FLP's. I love them. Great fitment and the choice to run cats or not is a big selling point for me. I like to run cats when I go on a trip and take them off when I get home.
