Default Gear/vacuum type noise in accessory area (video)

I have a noise coming from the intake/accessory area. It sounds like something rubbing. BUT it could be the water/oil/power steering pump? No idea. It only happens when coming down from a throttle blip quickly at 2600 RPM.

My car is a stock LS7 without any mods or a tune.

I checked the belt, looks fine without cracks. The pulleys dont seem to be hitting anything.

Is this a typical noise for a specific problem to give me any leads?

Thanks for any info you can provide.

Tough one. Could be a bearing on one of the pulleys? Take the a.c. belt off to eliminate that as a possibility and test again.

I took off the AC belt and it doesnt seem to drop RPMS as quickly anymore, which apparently was causing the noise?

Something wrong with the compressor? Or would it be the tensioner?
