ima build my onw true dual setup..should sound alright..if a cut out makes hp then what ima do wont be to bad..but i was on borla.com lookin at all the options of the xr-1 muffler and i was wondering y people where havin trouble stuffin the muffler under the car..they make some race bullet type style that should clear easily..but please inform me on which muffler to buy..also when i put pace setter headers..my straigh pipes from those to my muffler..how much hp am i gona get?? i wont have cats just straight pipe off ea header to a muffler at the axle

I used Borla XR-1 (part number 40942) this is the oval design.. These mufflers will fit even better once I do a little modding to the floorboard.

They sound awesome. Alot better than my old Rumbler setup.. There's absolutely no drone and no resonance inside the cabin.. I have a clip in my sig.. Still waiting for my buddy to give me the pictures I took..

as wierd as it may sound, i saw/heard a rockcrawler w/ an ls1 the had borla xr-1's almost right off the headers. that thing sounded sooo sick! i loved it. im turning my loudmouth into a borlamouth asap.
