rattle after swapping suspension
I recently installed koni/stranos on an 00 TA, I already had TSP 1 3/4 headers. It was quiet before the install but now rattles at idle, it looks like the exhaust near the merge is really close to the frame. How do I adjust this? Is there anything else it can be? I read a few places on here it's the heat shield - can I just remove it? This may sound stupid but I don't really know what it looks like and couldn't find any pictures
Thanks

I agree if you still have heat shields you can tighten them, modify them, or remove them for better clearance. Also, try loosening the bolts that bolt the header to the heads and loosen the clamps on the y-pipe/true duals. This allows a little movement and will allow you to slightly angle the collector further down for better clearance. Then simply tighten everything up starting at the heads and work your way back.

Happened to be under my car today so I snapped some pics of the heat shield. I removed part of the one by my gas tank but yours should still be there.
